Uwharrie Women’s Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering free and confidential services with compassion and integrity. Because we do not perform or refer for abortions, we have no financial interest in your decision. All donations are tax deductible.
Located in Troy, North Carolina, we are dedicated to serving the families of Montgomery County by showing the love and strength of Christ, even during the most difficult circumstances. We are committed to sharing your journey, providing comfort and resources, and giving you the tools to build an abundant life.

Clients are served at the Pregnancy Resource Center without regard to age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, disability, or other arbitrary circumstances.

Client pregnancy tests are distributed and administered in accordance with all applicable laws.
Client information is held in strict and absolute confidence. Client information is only disclosed as required by law and when necessary to protect the client or others against imminent harm.
Services are offered to clients at no charge to them.
Clients receive accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, lifestyle issues, and related concerns.
We do not offer, recommend or refer for abortions or abortifacients, but we are committed to offering accurate information about abortion procedures and risks.
All of our advertising and communications are truthful, honest and accurately describe the services we offer.
All of our staff and volunteers receive proper training to uphold these standards.
